National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited “NCCPL” is a significant institution of Pakistan’s capital market. The Company undertakes clearing and settlement of capital market trades/transactions. The Company also acts as a Central Counterparty to perform the comprehensive Risk Management and provides various value added services including Capital Gain Tax System. NCCPL is making continuous efforts to cater the needs, developments and reforms in the capital market by developing new products.

NCCPL is looking for Officer – Customer Support Services


Education: BBA/MBA in relevant field

Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Capital Market

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To provide the customer support related activities.
  • To coordinate with the concerned departments of the Company for timely resolution of day-to-day queries.
  • To update and maintain the contact information of all the concerns including scanned signature cards.
  • To verify the valid signatures of clients on day-to-day correspondence and maintain updated signature cards.
  • To process /maintain /update the account opening documents of the clients.
  • To provide various reports and information to the clients duly approved by Supervisor/ HOD.
  • Keep the Supervisor informed on the status of work in progress, delays, problems etc.
  • Comply with ISMS policies and procedures including any other requirements set forth considering contractual, legal and regulatory needs of the company.
  • To ensure compliance of Information Security, Business Continuity and Quality Management system policies & procedures and actively participate in internal and external audits as per their roles and responsibilities.
  • To carry out any other job assigned by the Supervisor to suit Business requirements.

Other Competencies:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Knowledge of Capital Market and Products regarding NCCPL, CDC and PSX (preferable).
  • Multitasking skills with positive attitude to progress and accomplish.
  • Location: Karachi
