We are seeking applications for the position of Assistant Database Administrator. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- Oracle Database 11g,12c,19c Administration
- Performance tuning and capacity management.
- Develop processes for optimizing database security.
- Standby and failover administration
- ASM configuration and management
- Database encryption and compression
- RAC and Data Guard configuration and administration
- Database Backup and Recovery (Rman , Expdp/Impdp)
- Install, upgrade, and manage database applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
- Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.
- Create automation for repeating database tasks.
- Sufficient knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science. Preferably or related field equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
Experience: The ideal candidate must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience
Job Location: Bahawalpur/Islamabad.
