We are seeking applications for the position of Loan Verification Officer.
- Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- To make calls for loan verification of new & existing clients;
- To identify discrepancies in customer information in the system and update the same after proper verification & cross checking of client’s identity.
- To provide feedback about anomalies in the borrower data to the Line Manager.
- To maintain MIS of all calls and changes in the system.
- To remain calm and polite in all conversations with the clients and observe guidelines given in the Code of Ethics.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferably, Master’s or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
- Fresh candidates can apply, however, preference will be given to candidates with one year of relevant experience.
