Market Intelligence:

1. knowledge of what is happening in the market essentially Microfinance and all commercial Banks including those entering in low income markets.
2. reporting and MIS support for gathering and presenting information to Senior Management.

Product and System Development:

1. Market research for existing/exited and potential clients including field research, mobilization and meets expectations, this is done in collaboration with the Research Department.
2. Responsible to support in strategy development for new market development.
3. Monitor industry and competitors trends and evaluate FINCA's deposit products based on industry and competitor analysis.
4. Planning and development of new products, their testing, marketing, training and launching.
5. responsible to monitor products developed and tweak products as necessary.
6. Coordination with Customer Care Department to ensure feedback is incorporated to product feature and customer service delivery.

Training:

1. Support with recruitment and hiring for field staff.
2. Conduct training of sales teams on deposits, products and selling skills (as and when required).

Target Supervision:

1. direct accountability on institutional target achievement.
2. Coordination with sales team to review targets and results, projections and daily performance monitoring.

Competencies:

Good Communiction skills, negiotiation skills, analytical and problem solving, good computer skills particularly MS. OFFICE, good interpersonal skills, strong personal network, exceptional communication ability in local language and Urdu.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduation, Preferably Masters

Required Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
