HBL is looking to hire a "Head Customer Experience Branch Banking" in Service Quality Function, Karachi who will be responsible for acting as a catalyst by gathering insights on Customer experience for embedding the Service Quality framework and behavior within close coordination with the Regional teams and Head Office stake holders.

Job Details:

• Develop and present a country-wide Customer Experience and Process Improvement Framework Plan by carrying out regular reviews of customer service using standard methodologies in order to identify shortfalls and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Lead the Research function by developing & implementing ‘Voice of Customer (VOC)’ systems through various internal/external surveys to ensure best customer experiences. 
• Set & approve bank-wide service delivery targets & standards (KPIs) for monitoring key business & operational processes.
• Develop and monitor department’s budget to achieve control over expenditures.

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

Experience: 15+ years’ experience in Service Quality Management and Customer Service.
