Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for:

Title: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Location: Karachi


Education: MBA in Human Resources or Equivalent


Experience: 5 to 6 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Experience in the Financial Industry will be preferred)

Job Responsibilities:


- Sourcing of resumes through conventional and unconventional means including social media and professional networking forums and leads recruitment efforts.
- Interviewing and screening of candidates.
- Work in close coordination with Hiring Managers to meet their recruiting needs, as well as to update existing department structures, titles, job descriptions etc.
- Completes follow-up communication with Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Maintaining the resume bank.
- Collection of required documents and maintaining a complete and verified file to HR Operations.
- Participate in Campus drives and Job Fairs.
- Organize and arrange planned employee engagement activities.

Skill Requirements:


- Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
- The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
