Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Develop monthly/annual sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
- Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies to improve sales and revenue for the company.
- Work closely with the senior management for the development of plans, strategies, budget, vision and goals of the corporate sales department.
- Streamlining department policies and procedures to better match the needs of clients.
- Manage, motivate, train and recruit the Corporate Sales team for all region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the sales teams to evaluate their targets & performance.

Required Competencies to successfully perform:


- Proven track record of managing sales teams country wide.
- Well versed in sales management processes & sales performance metrics.
- In depth knowledge of managing high performance sales team.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills.   
 
Required Education & Experience:


- Min Bachelors (preferably Masters).
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
